Sourcing: Our clients send job-orders and before their recruiters come in the next morning, Refonte submits resumes of candidates who are precise fits. Refonte recruiters have expertise to search your job-board and internal candidate database and our candidate database, web for passive candidates to identify from a wide variety of sources and not just job-boards.

Name Generation/Lead Generation: Refonte’s name generation solutions specialize in providing passive candidates directly sourced from targeted companies. These contacts are sourced using telephone name generation techniques. Through “name generation” recruiting our recruiters gain access to passive candidates that are directly sourced from competitors and from companies within a similar industry or organizational structure.

Preliminary Qualification: Refonte’s recruiters, who work during our clients working hours, conduct screening interviews to confirm candidates’ qualifications, availability and interest in the position. When candidates are qualified, our recruiters schedule interviews between our client’s in-house recruiters and the candidates.
